Please Note: Refunds, returns, or replacements are available only if your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is defective.
To process a claim, photos are required as evidence of the issue.
Refunds or returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Product Conditions
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions for sending the package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return transit time may vary depending on your location.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it is intact.
Refunds will be processed only after the inspection is completed and approved.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return first.
Once accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank/credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-Delivery Refund
